Ground floor
The original farmhouse was transformed into the living room leaving its original juniper and reeds wooden beam ceiling and granite fireplace. Table in solid chestnut with chairs for 10 people, wooden armchairs dating back to the 1900’s and a comfortable sofa, antique coffee table with TV, glass cupboard and commode dating back to the ‘800’s.
Verandah
From the living room, through a glass door, you have access to a large covered porch with table and granite seats, with an enchanting view either on the swimming pool surrounded by rocks and the sea towards Cala di Volpe, Mortorio Island, Cape Figari, Tavolara Island and Island Piana.
Kitchen
Furnished built-in kitchen with doors in fragrant juniper and cooking surface in Sardinian granite. Chestnut and granite table, built-in 4 gas burners, oven and dishwasher, large fridge and an antique wood oven in stone dating back to the last century. Glass door opening to the garden and facing the swimming pool.
First floor
From the living room, along the corridor are to be found a bathroom, a closet, and two spacious double bedrooms. Both rooms, having their own private bathrooms, are furnished with built in chestnut wardrobes (five square meters each), drawer units, bedside tables and iron made beds. A room with sea view, the other with mountain view.
Second floor
Outside the entrance of the villa a granite staircase leads to an apartment on the upper floor which consists of: 1 large room with kitchenette, dining table, fridge, chestnut drawer and cupboard, Sardinian style armchairs and double bed. Two windows with mountain views and a glass door facing a large covered terrace with sea view; 1 small bedroom with sea view balcony, furnished with bed, drawer and built-in wardrobe; passageway with a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and window.
Ground floor
Downstairs is another apartment consisting of two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and a glass window with sea view, the other with twin beds and a glass window opening into the garden, a passageway with fridge and a bathroom. The rooms are furnished with wrought iron beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and nineteenth century bedside tables.
Bathrooms
The five bathrooms in the villa are all equipped with built-in sinks and covered with hand-made Cerasarda, cupboards under sink. Each bathroom has a shower, sink, w.c., bidet.
